Our standard office call handling hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
During weekends and Bank Holidays calls will be received via an automated answering service which will allow you to record a message.
Our agents are often working beyond outside of the times stated above so do not be concerned if you have viewings, inspections or other appointments arranged with us during later hours or the weekend. If these have been confirmed verbally or via email one of our agents will be in attendance.
We do not have staff permanently seated at our office during the call handling times waiting. Property management involves a lot of outward-bound work, and we do not sequester agents to the office unless an appointment has been arranged in advance. We feel this allows us to make the best use of all our resources of which our agents’ time is the most valuable. Telephone calls will still be answered remotely and if all lines are in use, please leave a message and your call will be returned at the first available opportunity.
